Howdy!
We are proud to announce the newest addition to our posse - Joseph Christian aka "Chief Joseph". He arrived on June 23, 2009 and both he and Fannie are doing great. This rounds out our little buckaroos to 3. We are looking forward to introducing Joseph in person to some of you pard'ners at the Helluva Rukus and Mason Dixon Stampede this fall 2009.

In SASS I am known as Lifetime Member Dusty Levis,
but I am a woodworker by trade. After getting involved in the cowboy action shooting
sport, I began to make my own custom accessories to help outfit my shooting gear.
There was a fair amount of interest in the things I made at the local shoots...so I
thought I would try my hand at making them available to cowboys and cowgirls everywhere!

Shipping Information:

In stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of order. For out of stock items,
please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. By including your contact information with your order
we can advise you of exact ship dates.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Damaged or incorrect goods -
If for some reason your order was incorrectly shipped or arrived damaged, we will gladly provide
an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you. Simply fill out the original packing slip,
indicating whether you would prefer to exchange for another item or a refund, and mail it
back to us. We'll replace the incorrect/damaged merchandise, shipped with our compliments.

Return credit -
If you are returning unused merchandise for credit due, we will issue you the full credit due
back to you according to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles
for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Also, shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable and we are unable to accept C.O.D. packages.

Uneven exchanges -
If the total value of your exchange is less than the total value of returned items, you'll receive the
difference in the form of a credit. If the total value of your exchange is greater than the total
value of returned items, please indicate the credit card to be charged for the difference.
